2021 gelding - Degage (Stratagem) x Tamborin (Bandjo de Falgas)
TAMMBOUR is a 2021 gelding pictured here in October 2022 at 14 months. He’s sired by the Stratagem son Degage’ (De ga zhay’) out of the Bandjo de Falgas daughter Tamborin. His powerful race pedigree features Sambist and Anchar on the top side, with Djelfor and Tamerlan on the bottom. He combines a friendly and highly trainable temperament with excellent gaits and spirited movement.

Raffle tickets are also available for purchase at all ODEEO endurance rides and clinics, from any of the ODEEO Board Members at any time, and through PayPal.
Online and mail ticket purchases will close one week prior to the scheduled drawing (last day of the Fort Valley rides). The raffle is held at the conclusion of the Fort Valley ride (at the Saturday night awards dinner). Ticket holders do not have to attend to win. Winner will be contacted by the ODEEO within one week of the drawing. It is the winner's responsibility to arrange pickup and transportation of the horse with the breeder. Contact information will be given to the winner by the ODEEO.
Previous Asgard Arabian Raffle Horses
The OD organization extends a very deep and appreciative thank you to Halldis and Tom Sayvetz of Asgard Arabians who have donated one of their purebred Arabian horses every year since 1998 to the Old Dominion organization as a fundraising raffle horse. Many of those raffle horses have gone on to have fabulous endurance careers with outstanding placings in AERC endurance rides.
Asgard Arabians offers outstanding horses for sale for endurance, show, and sporting disciplines. Several of Asgard horses are competing at the top endurance rides in the U.S. and abroad, and also at the highest level of international FEI.
