Membership

Membership in the ODEEO is annual from January 1st through December 31st of the current year. Applications received and approved for membership from November 1st through the end of the year will include the following year in total. Membership is provisional until approved.

Old Dominion Equestrian Endurance

Organization, Inc. Membership Plans:

  • Individual ($25/year)

  • Family ($35/year)

  • Lifetime Individual ($400 - one time payment only)

  • Lifetime Family ($500 - one time payment only)

Membership Includes:

  • discounted ride entry fees

  • eligibility towards the annual Triple Crown Award

  • notification of special ODEEO events

Membership Application

    Whether you are joining the Old Dominion for the first time, or renewing your yearly membership, open any of the above membership forms and complete all the relevant information therein.

Electronic Form - Online Membership Application

The electronic form's digital application accepts funds through PayPal and SquareUp (credit card).

    Simply click on the link above and answer the questions asked.  At the end of the questionnaire, you will be able to choose your payment method.  Once you choose, the system will offer you a link to either a PayPal page or a SquareUp page. Follow the instructions from there. Then be sure to go back and submit your Membership Form.

 

For PayPal, you do need to already have a PayPal account.

Word Docx / PDF Form

    If you would prefer to either send in your membership application via email or snail mail, first select the above document type you would like to fill out (Word Docx or PDF). This will download the file to your computer. Open the form and fill in all relevant fields. Save the finished form and return here to choose your payment method.

There are three ways to pay for your Old Dominion membership:  PayPal, credit card, or check.

To Pay by PayPal

  • click on the below PayPal button, which should take you to a screen that shows the ODEEO logo

  • click on the “Send” button

  • log into your PayPal account

  • fill in the amount of your membership (the rates are listed above)

  • fill in the “What’s this payment for?” box with “Membership - Your Name”,
      such as “Membership – Jane Doe”

  • click ”Continue”

  • follow PayPal’s directions from there
     

Once you have paid your dues, save a copy of your receipt onto your computer.  Then open a new email, address it to Treasurer@ODEEO.org, attach both your completed, saved form and your PayPal receipt, and send. 

To Pay by Credit Card

Online

  • click on the below Square button, which should take you to a screen that shows the ODEEO logo

  • fill in the amount of your membership (the rates are listed above)

  • click "Checkout"

  • fill in the "Contact" and "Payment" sections

  • click "Pay" at the bottom

  • follow Square’s directions from there
     

Once you have paid your dues, save a copy of your receipt onto your computer.  Then open a new email, address it to Treasurer@ODEEO.org, attach both your completed, saved form and your Square receipt, and send. 

 

Snail Mail

Send the completed membership form with the credit card information filled in, via email to Treasurer@ODEEO.org, or print the completed form and mail it to the address at the top of the membership form.

To Pay By Check – Print the completed membership form and mail it, along with your check, to the address at the top of the membership form.
