ODEEO Notice Bulletin Board

The Old Dominion is looking for someone to take over

the Old Dominion Yard Sale.

After running the OD Yard Sale since 2009, Lenora is now stepping down.

We would hate to lose what has become an OD tradition and staple at our rides.

I am sure many of you can tell stories of rushing up to the Yard Sale

to find a girth or boot or stirrup to save your ride.

Want to stay involved and support the OD, but are no longer riding?

Consider taking over running the OD Yard Sale!

  • Lenora has prepared a wonderful "step-by-step & lessons learned" document to help whomever takes over

  • She is also willing to help whomever takes over, to show you the ropes and share her knowledge of what made the yard sale such a success over the years

  • Everything is organized and stored in the Yard Sale trailer (you can make it your own)

  • We need someone to:

    • Bring the Yard Sale trailer to rides

    • Set up and run the Yard Sale during the ride

    • Break it down after the ride is over

  • The Yard Sale needs to be manned throughout the ride.

Send an email to president@odeeo.org if you're interested!

Again, unless we find someone to take it over,

there will no longer be an OD Yard Sale at the rides.
